TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Any fish ordered and purchased from this site are at the owner's risk from the date of payment.
2. We are in no way responsible for the consequences of any death, or liablilities that may result once a koi has been introduced to the owners pond
3. We provide our customers with highest qualities and health. We cannot and will not quarantee for the koi's future potential development and held responsible in associated with loss in colour, failure of showing the expected qualities.
4. All fish shipment has to undergo the quarantine procedure with proper treatment and strict monitor before the fish being sent to the customer.
5. All customers are advised to have their own quarantine facilities but please make sure the fishes are quarantine in a correct and appropriate quarantine procedures in your own facilities
6. Sizes are given only at approximate.
7. Payment: 100 pre-payment. Fishes will not be sent without full payment or payment being confirmed by our staff from the bank.
8. All selling/ quoted price is VAT inclusive, but it does not include any shipping via either air freight or freight and packaging costs.
